A Vancouver accounting and advisory firm for business owners, professionals and families who want an accountant on their side all year, not just at tax time.
Nexora CPA was founded to give business owners and professionals a different kind of accounting relationship — one that stays close to your numbers all year, not just at tax time.
We combine careful, accurate work with plain-language advice, so you always understand what your numbers mean and what to do next — and you're never left guessing between meetings.
What we do
Books, taxes and planning handled by one firm that knows the whole picture.
Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online or Xero, so your numbers are current when you need them.
Compilation and review engagements for your bank, investors or partners, explained in plain language.
Personal, corporate, trust and partnership returns, with planning done before your year-end, not after.
Advice on incorporating, paying yourself, holding companies and cash flow, from the team that prepares your returns.
Who we work with
Many of our clients are incorporated professionals — physicians, dentists, and consultants — along with founders and owner-operators who've outgrown a once-a-year accountant.
If your business is changing, your accounting relationship should keep pace with it — that's the standard we hold ourselves to with every client we take on.

Gagan builds tax strategy around how owners take money out of their businesses. He plans the mix of salary, dividends, and shareholder loans across personal and corporate finances, and structures related companies so funds move efficiently with appropriate documentation. He also identifies deductions and planning opportunities that can be overlooked when the focus is solely on year-end compliance.
His experience handling CRA reviews and correspondence shapes how he prepares each file. He anticipates questions, documents the reasoning behind tax positions, and helps clients maintain the supporting records needed to respond confidently to a review.
He works primarily with manufacturing, construction, transportation, and real estate businesses, where equipment and property investments, payroll, cash flow, and related companies create ongoing planning needs. Clients rely on him for clear, timely reporting and advice they can act on.
Outside the office, he enjoys travelling, weightlifting and spending time with his daughter.
